A few simple answers.
If you are like I was, your head is swimming with all the “W” questions:
- Who
- What
- When
- Where, and of course how. Wow!
The who is you, that you need to take care of; so, give yourself permission to take one small step at a time.
The what is everything having to do with the business of your life, and all the paperwork you need to gather together. If you have a good attorney or good accountant, or even a good friend, let them help you. Asking for support is a gift you can give to yourself.
The when is when you are able. No judgment here. The most important thing to cultivate now is patience. I promise you that everything will get done…in time.
The where is finding where everything is. See “when” above.
The how is gently. Be gentle with yourself. You will hear, “Don’t do anything for year.” That’s very good advice.
